29 weeks oh mi oh my

Well I had a bad experience involving my cyst that left me to tears and barely able to walk... but all in all the pain has not come back like it was a few weekends ago, thank goodness. I had my dr. apt on Friday the 19th and she said I did not go into pre-term labor and that I will probably experience similar pain in the future due to the 7cm cyst on my ovary. She is sending me for an ultrasound to make sure the cyst is the same size... that should ease my mind more, plus I get to see our son/daughter again!! I just can not believe its going as fast as it is, before we know it we will have anothe bundle of joy around the house!!

26 weeks

21 weeks

25 weeks & 2 days
26 weeks
26 weeks

Well I haven't posted in a while but nothing much has changed with the baby and I. (plus I was actually waiting until I had access to my pictures on my camera before I typed too much then had to come back to upload the pictures.
We took my dad on the Spirit of Philadelphia for his birthday as a surprise, he enjoyed it very much since all of his girls were there at the same time. Cadence on the other hand got lightly scared as we were pulling away from the pier. She quickly got over it and was dancing and having a great time.

I will be 26 weeks tomorrow and just got back from my Dr. apt. I gained 6.5 lbs I need to watch what I eat I guess a little better, I really do not want to be a house... I am measuring right on target though which is nice to hear... I go back in 3 weeks which then I'll be 29 weeks and then I start going every 2 weeks!! I cant believe its getting to that point already. Every time i think its getting close I convince myself that I actually have more time than I think... but it all coming together pretty quickly I guess. The baby is moving quite a bit and is even getting the hiccups often. Camilo was actually able to feel him/her move which made it all so much more surreal.

22 weeks 6 days

The baby is moving quite often lately, I can feel him/her swimming away making themselves quite comfortable. My dad and his fiance moved out this past weekend so now our house is quite empty. We have to figure out what to do with all of the extra space, but the exciting part is that we can now begin to think of ideas on what we are going to do with my dad's old room. I would like to paint it a neutral, pastel color but nothing sex discriminating. We really havent decided on whether we are going to make it another full nursery or it will be the toy room, or what, but we still have some time to actually decide what our options are.

My last dr's apt was quite uneventful, except for Cadence wanting to run around and play with the PAP speciman cups, the heartbeat sounded great, very strong. My next dr's appointment is at the end of this month in which I should be scheduling another u/s to check on my cyst

Our Vacation

Let me begin by saying that Friday 08/03/07 at 4pm was the best b/c I knew that I was off from work for a whole week!! We began our vacation with an u/s for me at 10am on Monday (Camilo still had to work over the weekend). We saw the baby yawn with that cute lil' mouth and saw their bones and spine and it was of course amazing. Well the u/s tech asked us if we wanted to know the sex.... I said "no" Camilo said "yes"... the baby kept their legs closed so the anatomy wasnt clear, he sent me to empty my bladder to get him/her moving and when I came out he started the u/s and slipped and told us what we were having. He felt bad and I secretly wanted to know too, but would have love to find out in Jan when he/she comes out but no he told us we are having a ___ (you'll have to e-mail me to find out, just in case my family gets a hold of this.... we are keeping it from them= )) We are both very excited about the news and cant wait to meet him/her (I hope I dont slip before then)
Then my sil, neice, younger sister Camilo, Cadence and I headed to Sesame Place. We got some lunch befre we checked into our hotel and then checked in at the Comfort Inn and got ready to go to the park. Cadence had a great time there and pretty much went on everything she possibly was tall enough for. We went on the lazy river, the Duck Ride (forget the real name) and every waiting pool they had.
We of course went back the following day and immediatly went to the lazy river. It was so hot that day that Cadence actually fainted in Camilo's arms. We poured water all over her and kept her hydrated and wet the rest of the day. It was a very scary experience. We watched the parade that day and Ernie bent over to say "hi" to Cadence and she was of course scared, but it was a funny scared.
Wednesday was supposed to be beach day but it was so hot that day we didnt want anothe lapse of what happened at Sesame. Thursday our pool FINALLY was put in and of course we couldnt use it that day b/c it took all night to fill. Friday we did some landscaping trying to level around the pool. Sat we got our concrete patio put in then we went to our friends shore house. Sunday we went to the beach and Cadence had a great time. As soon as we got there she sat down and started shoveling with her bucket and shovel.... It was so very cute. She loved the ocean water, wasnt afraid of anything. We had such a perfect day too, water temp was like 78 and the outside temp felt about in the 80's but no humidity it felt like.
Monday I took off b/c Camilo actually had off so we got some patio blocks for a second patio we are building, I made dinner and we swam for a little bit.
I am back to work and of course I enjoyed not having the responsibility for a week but the wallet definately felt the brunt of our family fun!!
I will develop my pictures from the trip and post them as soon as possible, I bought a water camera for the park so I didnt have to worry about getting my digital wet, but now I have to develop the old fashion way!!
Well thats all for now... = )

17 Weeks tomorrow

Well I will be 17 weeks already tomorrow, I can not believe that I am almost half way there in meeting our new love of our lives. I feel pretty good thus far, still slightly tired but that could also be because I am still in a night class 3x a week (which thankfully tonight is the last class woooohooooo).
We are planning on taking a vacation Aug 6 - 10 so I will have time to relax and spend some much needed time with my husband and daughter. We are hoping that are pool will be put in by then so we can just hang out, out back not worrying about spending too much money, but we have to wait and see (stupid township). We are just going to do day trips like the Philly Zoo, the beach, maybe Sesame Place, Please Touch Museum, and who knows what else....
My next Dr's apt. is next Tuesday at 330 so hopefully we schedule an ultrasound b/c I'm dying to see our baby. Camilo wants to find out what we are having but not tell anyone, and I think I'm still on the wait and see side. I don't know if I would be able to hold down the excitement of it all... or I would slip and tell....
Well Until then!! = )

14 weeks

Lets see if this works the way I want it too.... I am 14 weeks and 4 days and I feel good. I have had 2 u/s already the first was to determine how far along I was so there wasn't much to see except for a lil' peanut, and the second one I had was more fulfilling because the baby looked like a baby.... he/she was sucking their thumb as soon as the thing was put on my tummy, and the other one he/she was just chilling looking very cute and comfy. We are very excited to welcome our new bundle to the family and can not wait for Jan. to get here!!
